If I had tried to play the flop shot I would have finished in the bunker, be fortunate to get out within 15 meters of the hole and at most get a double leaving the whole ready to hit my next drive. Playing safe and maintaining my cool I would save a minimum of one shot possibly two and leave the complete feeling average to good about playing the next hole.
